At Yatara African Foods, we are committed to supplying high-quality, authentic African food products. Due to the nature of food products and in compliance with New Zealand food safety regulations, our returns process is carefully structured to protect customer health and safety.
This policy aligns with the Food Act 2014 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
In accordance with New Zealand biosecurity regulations, certain products may undergo additional treatment, which could slightly affect their appearance or taste. These treatments do not compromise the safety of the products for consumption

Once food products leave our premises, we cannot accept or resell them in accordance with New Zealand food safety standards.
