Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received We will contact you solely if payment for an order is not received.

3. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

4. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, remedies will be provided in accordance with New Zealand law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for faulty, damaged, expired, or incorrect goods.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
